These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website https://solyrafeeder.com (the "Site") and the purchase of products offered by Solyra® Lantern Feeder ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

By accessing and using our Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Solyra® Lantern Feeder.

We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including the applicable colors; however, the actual color you see will depend on your computer system, and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colors. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the Site is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

5. Order Acceptance and Cancellation Rights

Your placement of an order on our Site does not necessarily mean that we accept your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason or no reason, even after you have received an order confirmation. If we cancel an order after you have been billed, we will refund the billed amount. We may require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household, or per order.

6. Payment Terms

All payments for products purchased on the Site are due at the time of order placement. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our Site. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide and that all payment information you provide is accurate and complete. IN NO EVENT SHALL SOLYRA® LANTERN FEEDER, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SITE; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SITE; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SITE; AND (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE, AND EVEN IF A REMEDY SET FORTH HEREIN IS FOUND TO HAVE FAILED OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Solyra® Lantern Feeder and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of (a) your use and access of the Site, by you or any person using your account and password; or (b) a breach of these Terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where Solyra® Lantern Feeder is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify. The arbitration will be conducted in the state in which Solyra® Lantern Feeder is registered, unless you and Solyra® Lantern Feeder agree otherwise. You agree that any arbitration will take place on an individual basis; class arbitrations and class actions are not permitted.

12. Severability Clause

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Site, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Site.
